Ward Fuel View is cloud-hosted fuel management software for fleet operators overseeing fuel sites, storage tanks, pumps, vehicles, drivers, and related assets. SimplyFuel Solutions, an E.J. Ward, Inc. company, positions it for government entities, ports, universities, commercial companies, and distribution centers. The platform brings together real-time fuel transaction collection, reporting, fuel access validation, odometer capture, and telematics data for operations that need control across fueling assets and users.

Its strongest fit is an operation that needs more than transaction records. Ward Fuel View can authorize fueling remotely and shut down pumps, while tank monitoring covers level, quality, leakage, and reorder alerts. Custom reports, dashboards, alerts, and exports support different operating views. EV charger access and usage monitoring extends the same management scope to electric charging, and the REST-based API through the fuel control terminal provides a path for connecting surrounding systems.

The integration profile is a significant part of the product’s value. It connects with maintenance systems, accounting systems, Geotab, Samsara, GPS and telematics platforms, EV chargers, and OCPP 1.6 chargers. That makes it a candidate for mixed fuel and EV environments with established fleet or business software. Published access is web-only, and the pricing model is contact sales, so organizations should expect a sales-led evaluation rather than a self-serve purchase path. Choose Ward Fuel View when centralized control, tank visibility, transaction reporting, and connected vehicle or charger data are priorities. A smaller operation seeking only basic fueling records may prefer a narrower tool.
