Waaibot is a chatbot-building and business-automation platform centered on WhatsApp, with support for Instagram, Messenger, and SMS. It is aimed at small businesses, growing companies, and enterprises handling conversational commerce, customer support, lead qualification, and CRM or ERP-connected workflows. Its core toolkit combines a drag-and-drop flow builder, AI agents trained on PDFs, websites, and company documents, a shared inbox for human agents, and commerce automation for Shopify and WooCommerce.
The free Always Free plan provides one WhatsApp device, 1,000 messages per month, unlimited social accounts, Shopify and WooCommerce connectivity, and five workflows with unlimited nodes. The published pricing page displays Rs 5,000 per month for paid access. Basic Growth adds the Official WhatsApp API, Waaibot Native AI, unlimited workflows, and WhatsApp campaigns and broadcasting. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, custom CRM or ERP integration, on-premise deployment, and one-to-one onboarding and training. A seven-day free trial is also available.
Waaibot’s strongest fit is commerce and campaign automation where WhatsApp is the main customer channel. Its integrations include Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, Zendesk, Google Cloud, Google Drive, and Microsoft 365. REST APIs and real-time webhooks support custom connections, while campaign analytics and shared-agent routing extend the platform beyond simple automated replies. Choose Waaibot for WhatsApp-led sales, support, and broadcast workflows; organizations seeking a channel-neutral chatbot builder may prefer a broader platform.
