vWork is cloud-based scheduling and dispatch software for fleets, delivery teams, field workers, dispatchers, and managers. Its scope covers job scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, mobile worker workflows, customer communications, proof of delivery, invoicing, recurring jobs, customer portals, reporting, and integrations. The product is aimed particularly at last-mile delivery and field-service operations, with the vendor positioning it for organizations managing 15 or more drivers or workers. It is a fit for teams that need dispatch coordination and mobile job execution in one system rather than a narrowly focused scheduling tool.
The platform’s strongest area is the connection between office planning, worker activity, and customer-facing delivery information. Proof of delivery can include signatures, photos, timestamps, and GPS, while recurring job scheduling supports repeat work. Customers can book, track, and manage jobs through the portal and view invoices. Invoicing includes invoice line items, and the REST API plus integrations with Xero, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Acumatica, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Eroad eHubo, Navman, Verizon Connect, and Linxio support links to accounting, CRM, and telemetry workflows. Web, iOS, and Android access gives dispatchers and mobile workers different ways to work with the system.
According to the vendor’s pricing approach, prospective customers contact sales, and there is no free plan. A 14-day trial is available, with card requirements not established here. That structure may suit organizations seeking a configured operational platform and willing to evaluate it through a sales process, but it gives smaller teams less pricing clarity upfront. Choose vWork if delivery or mobile-workforce coordination, route planning, proof of delivery, recurring jobs, portals, and connected business systems are central requirements. Smaller operations looking for a simple, self-serve scheduling product may prefer a narrower alternative.
vWork pros and cons
- Where it wins

- Customer portal supports booking, tracking, job management, and invoice viewing
- Connects with accounting, CRM, and telemetry tools through integrations and a REST API
- Where it doesn't
- Pricing requires contacting sales rather than choosing from published plans
- There is no free plan for ongoing use
- Its positioning around 15 or more workers may not suit smaller operations
