VRBookings is cloud-based short-term rental management software for property managers, agencies, tour operators, and distribution channels. It brings reservations, guests, owners, suppliers, OTA connections, direct-booking websites, booking engines, communications, payments, and operational tasks into one system. Its scope suits operators who need flexible distribution alongside accounting and day-to-day property workflows, rather than a tool focused only on reservations or guest messaging.
Distribution is a central strength. The two-way API channel manager synchronizes OTAs and other distribution channels, with integrations including Airbnb, Airbnb Lux, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rental, Expedia, HomeToGo, Holidu, Home & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, Hopper, Easy Reserve, and CaseVacanza.it. Direct-booking websites and an integrated booking engine support bookings outside those channels. A unified inbox adds automated messages, reminders, and follow-ups, while revenue management provides dynamic pricing and occupancy analysis. This combination gives operators several ways to manage demand and communication from a centralized web platform.
The operational and financial coverage is equally important for businesses managing more than guest reservations. VRBookings includes housekeeping, maintenance, reception, and arrival task management, plus online and offline payment management with Stripe, Mangopay, and PayPal integrations. Owner accounting includes payment schedules and invoicing. Pricing is offered through Revenue Share, where pricing adjusts according to business size and growth, or Flat Fee, where pricing is based on the accommodation facilities managed; both require a tailored quote. Choose VRBookings if broad channel connectivity, direct booking, operational coordination, and owner accounting are priorities. Consider another option if you need a published price structure or a platform beyond web access.
