Our verdict on VProPle Interview Bites
VProPle Interview Bites is a web-based, one-way video interview product for early-stage hiring screening. Candidates receive a secure link, answer role-specific questions and multiple-choice questions on their own schedule, and submit recorded responses. Recruiters, hiring managers and authorized internal experts can review submissions, add notes, apply structured rubric scores and shortlist candidates. It is suited to high-volume, campus, graduate, early-career, distributed-team and pre-interview workflows.
The product’s standout feature is its structured review process. Teams can maintain a reusable question bank, set multiple-choice scoring thresholds and automate shortlisting. Workflow tracking and analytics add visibility into candidate progress, while the published plans show a progression of additional tools: Standard includes unlimited user accounts, quick CV upload and an AI scheduler; Hassle-Free adds CV pre-screening, AI-generated feedback, candidate analytics, WhatsApp communication and interview recording; Premium adds proctoring, ATS integration, auto parsing, AI-generated questions and interview panel selection.
VProPle keeps its focus on asynchronous screening rather than combining recorded and live interview workflows. That makes it a fit for teams that want candidates to respond on their own schedules and reviewers to evaluate consistently against defined criteria. Teams needing live interviews, broader platform access or a free entry tier should choose an alternative. For buyers comparing plans, the product is paid, and Interview Bites is described as usage-based while the general plan structure uses Standard, Hassle-Free and Premium tiers.
