VOGSY is a cloud ERP for professional-services businesses that connects sales, project delivery, resource planning, and project accounting. Teams can manage leads, opportunities, quotes, project work breakdowns, budgets, staff allocation, time, expenses, invoicing, receivables, payables, and revenue recognition. Multi-company and multi-currency accounting supports organizations operating across countries. Its positioning fits mid-market and enterprise services firms, particularly those already centered on Google Workspace.
Pricing is divided by role. Lite user costs $16 per user per month with annual billing or $17 monthly, covering personal timesheets, planning, tasks, expenses, and notifications. Full user costs $33 annually or $35 monthly and adds opportunity and quote management, project, resource, and task management, charts, dashboards, plus Google and Microsoft integrations. Super user costs $65 annually or $70 monthly and adds invoicing, financial budgets, accounts receivable and payable, reports, settings, and master data. The published plans show annual-prepaid prices and higher monthly-billed prices. A 30-day trial is available without payment-card details, while the pricing page requires at least 20 users overall and one Super user.
Google Workspace is the defining ecosystem fit: VOGSY connects Gmail communication, Drive document folders, Sheets reporting, and Docs quotes and invoices. Integrations also include Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Exact, Jira, Trello, Salesforce, Copper, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM. Deployment is cloud-based through web and API access, with ISO 27001, GDPR, and SSO/SAML listed as compliance and identity capabilities. The focus is professional-services management rather than broad operational ERP; inventory, order management, and manufacturing are not included. Choose VOGSY when project economics and Google-centric workflows matter most, but consider another ERP for product, warehouse, or production operations.
