Vivo Control is a cloud-based access control and community operations platform for multifamily buildings, HOAs, gated communities, and mixed-use properties. It combines QR entry, mobile unlocking, digital keys, video intercom, visitor invitations, time-bound QR passes, access schedules, and searchable activity history. Administrators can manage gates, pedestrian doors, elevators, parking, cameras, permissions, announcements, and emergency alerts, while residents can use iOS, Android, QR credentials, or call-based access.
Pricing is organized around monthly per-unit plans. Connect starts at $2.99 per unit per month and includes QR entry, video intercom, mobile unlock, digital keys, and announcements. Operate costs $4.99 per unit per month and adds amenity reservations, service tickets, an admin dashboard, alerts, and activity history. Signature includes everything in Operate plus custom integrations, CCTV and license-plate recognition, elevators and parking, multi-site deployments, and white-glove support. Hardware and installation are quoted separately, and pricing may vary by units, modules, integrations, hardware, installation, and third-party services.
The platform fits properties that need more than door unlocking, particularly communities managing visitors, resident communications, parking, amenities, and service workflows. Its web, iOS, and Android access extends across systems and hardware including Axis, SALTO, ONVIF, property-management systems, CRM, accounting systems, gates, elevators, and cameras. The tradeoff is scope: smaller properties seeking only basic access credentials may not need its broader operations layer, while properties requiring custom integrations, CCTV, license-plate recognition, or multi-site control should consider the Signature plan. Vivo Control is a strong match for cost-conscious properties that want physical access and community operations in one system.
