VISP is a web-based billing and operations platform for wireless, fiber, cable, and other internet service providers. It is designed for ISPs managing recurring subscriber services, usage-based internet plans, and service activation workflows. Core capabilities include recurring invoicing, usage billing for hours, bandwidth, and excess usage, package and bundle management, payment collection, subscriber accounts, hosted RADIUS authentication, provisioning, and self-service account management. It also supports hotspot and field activation workflows, infrastructure and inventory management, and purchase-order management.

Pricing is based on active subscribers and billed monthly. The published plans show $1.30 per subscriber per month for 0 to 3,000 Subscribers and $1.10 per subscriber per month for 3,001 to 8,000 Subscribers. The 8,001+ Subscribers plan includes the same listed feature highlights, while its price is not shown here. Setup and Onboarding is listed at $500 one time, with the onboarding deposit becoming a credit after 30 days. Every listed subscriber plan includes complete ISP billing and automation, a subscriber self-help portal, managed-hosted RADIUS, and an integrated hotspot solution. There is no free plan.

VISP’s breadth is its main differentiator: the product connects billing with payment enforcement, provisioning, network access, hotspot activation, and operational resources instead of focusing only on invoice generation. Payment options include online, one-time, recurring, credit-card, e-check, cash, and check payments, alongside autopay and automatic payment retries. Integrations include Preseem, SaiSei, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Market Broadband, ServerPlus, TowerCoverage, Avalara, PaydUp, and IPpay. ISPs wanting a unified billing and provisioning system should consider VISP; organizations seeking a free plan or a narrower invoicing tool should look elsewhere.
