Visma Sign review
A focused signing and contract service with regional identity methods and searchable archives.

For Nordic organisations that need electronic signatures alongside basic contract lifecycle work, Visma Sign brings signing, collection, tracking, and storage into one cloud service. Signers can authenticate with BankID and other regional identity methods, or use digitally drawn signatures. The service is positioned for SMEs, enterprises, associations, and public sector organisations, making its regional authentication options its clearest fit. Teams whose workflows do not depend on those methods may find a more general signing tool a closer match.
Pricing is paid, with Basic at €13 per month on annual billing or €15 month to month. Both include signing with strong and light authentication and a secure digital archive. Professional costs €36 annually billed or €42 monthly, adding basic contract management features. Business is €74 with annual billing or €87 monthly, and adds contract management features and webforms. Enterprise includes all features, connections to a team's own systems through APIs, a group feature, and unlimited users; its price is not a fixed amount in the listed tiers. The five-signature offer is a trial rather than a free plan.
Workflow features extend beyond collecting signatures: users can set signing order, send invitations by email or SMS, track progress, and send reminders. Signed documents are automatically stored in an encrypted, searchable cloud archive; contracts can be tagged, categorised, monitored, and tracked for validity and renewal dates. An audit trail records timestamps and signer details. SharePoint, M-Files, and Sympa are named integrations, while the open REST API supports connections to business systems. Choose Visma Sign when regional strong authentication and contract follow-up matter together; teams seeking a broad integration catalogue or a non-cloud deployment should compare alternatives.
