Virvell is a cloud talent-screening platform for recruiting teams that want voice-based pre-screening and reference checks. Its AI conducts structured 5–15 minute phone interviews, asks configurable questions for each role, and returns summaries, responses and full transcripts. Candidates can schedule interviews, while recruiters receive reports intended for human review. Virvell also supports AI voice reference checks, Certn background verification, and English or French pre-screen conversations. It is available through web and API deployments for small, mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Pricing is organized around hiring volume. The Single role plan costs $999 per role and includes invitations for up to 150 candidates, up to three reference checks and Evidence Intelligence; background checks are billed separately. Starter is $1,499 per month for two roles, with unused roles rolling over one month and background checks at cost. Growth is $2,999 per month for five roles and adds Greenhouse, Ashby, BambooHR and Lever integrations, plus an API and Claude connector. Scale is $4,999 per month for 10 roles, advanced reporting and priority support. Enterprise supports continuous hiring, SSO and SAML, a dedicated CSM and volume background-check pricing. Annual billing provides two months free.

The standout capability is cross-source Evidence Intelligence: Virvell compares resumes, interview responses, references and checks, then flags discrepancies for review. ATS stage triggers and structured writeback can connect that evidence to recruiting workflows. The trade-off is a deliberate human-review model: the platform does not score, rank or automatically reject candidates. Teams seeking transparent interview and reference evidence may find that focus useful, while buyers wanting automated candidate prioritization should look elsewhere. Support is provided by email, with priority support on Scale and a dedicated CSM on Enterprise.
