A routing-rich cloud phone system for teams working across locations and devices.

VirPhone Hosted PBX is a cloud-based business phone system for small and mid-size companies, remote teams and multi-location organizations. It combines extensions, auto attendants, IVR, call queues, ring groups and hunt groups with a web portal for managing users, numbers and routing. Staff can take calls on desk phones, desktop softphones, or iOS and Android apps. Its feature set suits businesses that need to direct calls across teams, schedules or locations; organizations looking for a basic phone line may not need this level of routing control.
Routing is the standout capability. Administrators can apply time-of-day, skill-based and geographic routing, with business-hours and after-hours rules, while voicemail-to-email includes automated transcriptions. Call recording, number porting and preconfigured device provisioning extend the system beyond call handling. The integration catalog includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zendesk and Zapier, alongside a REST API and webhooks; the product lists 50 integrations overall. That breadth makes it a fit for teams linking business calls to CRM or collaboration workflows. Buyers with a narrow set of phone needs may find the administration and routing features more than they require.
VirPhone uses quote-based pricing, and there is no free plan, so buyers should expect to contact sales to discuss a deployment rather than select a published seat-price tier. The service supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and API access, and lists email, chat, phone, ticket and documentation support, including 24/7 support. Security options include SSO/SAML and two-factor authentication. Choose VirPhone when advanced call routing, device options and integrations are central requirements; consider a simpler phone service if those capabilities would go unused or a self-serve, free plan is important.
