Vibe is Mistral AI’s unified AI agent for productivity and software development. It is designed for individuals, teams, and enterprises that need one workspace for research, chat, documents, connected tools, and coding. Users can search the web and internal documents, upload PDFs, images, CSV files, text, and Office files, generate or edit images, and create or export documents. The product is available on web, iOS, Android, and self-hosted deployments, with work, code, and chat modes.

Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan includes limited messages and web searches, limited coding sessions, image generation, and more than 100 connectors. Pro costs $14.99 per month and adds more messages and web searches, all-day coding in the CLI, IDE, or web, more image generations, and chat and email support. Team costs $24.99 per user per month and adds a shared collaborative workspace, up to 30GB of storage per user, domain name verification, and data export. Enterprise adds custom models and agents, custom workflows, audit logs, SAML SSO, white label options, and private deployments.

Vibe’s clearest distinction is the connection between research and software work. Its visible, multi-stage task planning includes progress and approval controls, while the terminal-native coding agent supports multi-file orchestration, refactoring, testing, review, documentation, modernization, and asynchronous or remote coding sessions. Integrations include Email, Calendar, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Notion, Linear, Google Drive, and MCP-compatible tools. Choose Vibe if your workflow spans research, connected services, documents, and code. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a narrowly focused chatbot or a simple chat-only tool.
