Vibe Canvas review
A mobile-focused whiteboard with strong stylus tools, broad imports, and a high paid entry price.

Vibe Canvas is a browser-based collaborative whiteboard for teams working across Vibe Boards, computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Its infinite canvas supports drawing, text, shapes, sticky notes, images, PDFs, templates, comments, and real-time collaboration. Teams can share canvases through links or QR codes, assign view or edit permissions, present work, import files, and export canvases as PDFs. It is particularly suited to stylus-first teams that want whiteboarding across web and mobile environments, while phone users are limited to viewing shared work.
The pricing structure spans four plans. Free includes Vibe Canvas, infinite canvas, 5 GB of Vibe cloud storage, multiple-device support, and integrations with Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box. Pro costs $39 per device per month with annual billing and adds unlimited Vibe cloud storage, 1–10 workspace members, a brand kit, unlimited custom templates, and version history. Business costs $119 per device per month with annual billing and supports 1–100 workspace members, remote homescreen management, bulk application for multiple boards, and SAML SSO. Enterprise is for 100+ workspace members and includes customized pricing, an audit trail, a dedicated customer success manager, and personalized onboarding.
Its strongest fit comes from combining stylus input, AI handwriting recognition, smart shapes, diagram templates, presentation view, and cloud-file imports. Collaboration works through shared links or QR codes, with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet integrations extending its meeting workflow. The main tradeoff is cost: the paid entry plan is priced per device rather than per user, which may be difficult for larger device fleets or teams seeking lower-cost whiteboarding. Vibe Canvas suits touchscreen-oriented teams that value mobile coverage and visual input; teams needing collaborative phone editing or a lower paid entry price should look elsewhere.
