Verro is cloud-based golf club management software for private members’ clubs, public courses, multi-course groups, and golf societies. Its core platform combines membership management, tee-sheet booking, competitions, matches, messaging, finance, reporting, and a member app. Members can book tee times, enter competitions, post scores, manage account balances, and make payments through a club-branded experience. Web, iOS, and Android access support use across club administration and member activity.
Booking and membership are central strengths. Clubs can configure tee intervals, booking rules, shotgun starts, and multiple courses, while supporting group bookings, guest bookings, green-fee charging, waiting lists, renewals, entitlements, and digital membership cards. Competition tools include draws, live hole-by-hole scoring, leaderboards, countback, WHS posting, and knockout match management. Communications extend from member messaging and broadcasts to email campaigns and push notifications. Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, and WHS connections through an R&A or union API support payments, accounting, and handicap-related workflows.
The product also reaches beyond tee-time administration through optional modules. Food and beverage features include floor plans, table ordering, kitchen display, bar stock control, and halfway-house operations. Pro shop and online-store tools add barcode inventory, QR-scan POS, label printing, and fulfilment; accommodation adds room bookings, seasonal rates, calendars, and account or card payments.
