Veris is a web-based vendor and deal management platform for real estate operators, family offices, and capital managers. It brings vendor intake, W-9 and COI submissions, license records, insurance documents, deadlines, risk scoring, portfolio views, exports, and activity logs into one system. Its focus is practical risk and compliance visibility across properties rather than full vendor relationship management. Teams that need a central record of vendor documentation and deadlines should find the scope relevant, while teams seeking deeper operational workflows may need a broader system.

The published monthly plans show a free option alongside Veris Core at $79 per month, Veris Growth at $149 per month, and Veris OS at $299 per month. Core includes deal and vendor tracking, insurance and document storage, deadline alerts, basic risk dashboards, standard exports, and an activity log. Growth adds enhanced milestone and deadline tracking, multi-channel alerts, a portfolio risk overview, risk flags per deal, advanced PDF and data exports, and a governance activity log. OS adds automated deal risk scores and tier ratings, portfolio-wide trend tracking, vendor concentration exposure, insurance gap and integrity alerts, adjustable thresholds, and enhanced governance exports and audit logs. Veris Institutional lists portfolio risk scoring, cross-property concentration monitoring, insurance expiration monitoring, governance exports, risk intelligence memos, and an immutable governance ledger.

Veris stands out most in risk oversight. Vendor insurance tracking, deadline alerts, concentration monitoring, adjustable risk thresholds, and audit records give operators several ways to review exposure at both deal and portfolio levels. The tradeoff is a narrower operating model: verified integrations, messaging, performance reporting, and assignment workflows are not included in the listed capabilities. Choose Veris if document intake, compliance monitoring, risk visibility, and governance records are the priority. Consider an alternative if the team needs integrated communications, vendor performance management, or workflow assignment features alongside risk tracking.
