Verdis brings customer management, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, payments, recurring billing, and revenue reporting into one system for landscaping and lawn-care businesses. It is aimed at small and mid-size landscaping companies, lawn-care operators, hardscape contractors, and grounds-maintenance crews. Customer profiles can include notes, property information, and history, while crews can work from weekly schedules, recurring jobs, and a visual Kanban job board. TurfTrace adds satellite property measurement for estimating and planning.

The plan structure follows a progression from core operations to multi-location administration. Starter includes job scheduling, PDF invoice generation, and email support. Growth adds recurring job scheduling, a revenue analytics dashboard, quote-to-invoice conversion, the Groundwork HR and employee app, and priority support. Canopy adds multi-location support, custom document branding, API access and custom integrations, SSO and advanced security, and a dedicated account manager. Verdis is paid software with a 14-day free trial, while the higher tiers are designed for firms that need more structured employee and business workflows.

Integration coverage includes QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, Zapier, Square, PayPal, Gusto, and ADP. Online card and ACH payments, automated payment reminders, branded invoices, and per-job profit reporting support the administrative side of recurring landscape work. Groundwork covers employee onboarding, time clocks, time-off, certifications, and payroll exports through a mobile-first employee app. Verdis suits web-based firms that want CRM, field scheduling, billing, payments, and HR-related workflows together. Firms that require a platform beyond web access or do not need employee administration may prefer a narrower scheduling or invoicing tool.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Core platform access is web-based
    • Canopy requires contact sales
