Our verdict on VeraDial
VeraDial is an AI receptionist and business phone service for small businesses that need call coverage while working. It answers calls and texts, screens callers, takes messages, routes calls, and provides voicemail transcriptions, call recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Its audience includes contractors, real estate agents, property managers, sales teams, and other small businesses that want a business number without handling every call personally. VeraDial supports US and Canadian numbers, operates through a web console, and offers iPhone and Android apps.
The published plans start with Vera Lite at $14.99 per month, including 50 minutes, an AI call and text receptionist, a dedicated US or Canadian number, voicemail transcription and call recording, and read-only ChatGPT and Claude connections. Vera Plus costs $29.99 per month and adds unlimited Vera answering under fair use, AI outbound calling, live call translation in 13 languages, Google Calendar appointment booking, and Zapier and Make connections. Vera Business costs $59.99 per month and adds three business lines, AI call and text reception on every line, unlimited Vera answering under fair use, and priority support. A 7-day free trial is available.
VeraDial’s strongest fit is basic AI call coverage across web and mobile, with caller qualification, spam and robocall filtering, forwarding, appointment booking, outbound calling, business messaging, and verified caller ID with STIR/SHAKEN. Its ecosystem includes Google Calendar, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, and webhooks, but the most useful automation connections are reserved for Vera Plus. Businesses needing several lines should consider Vera Business, while smaller teams may prefer Vera Lite or Plus. It is less suitable for buyers who require a free plan or broader integrations at the entry tier.
