VenueSprocket is web-based event venue management software for restaurants, breweries, bars, taprooms, banquet rooms, and other event spaces. It focuses on the private-event sales and coordination workflow: public inquiry and booking pages capture demand, a lead pipeline organizes opportunities, and customer records keep event history in one place. The product is a practical fit for small hospitality venues that need more structure than email and spreadsheets without starting with a high monthly commitment.
Pricing is arranged across five plans. Free includes a public inquiry form, basic lead dashboard, event calendar view, simple customer records, and email notifications. Starter costs $29 per month and adds unlimited inquiries, a lead pipeline, public event booking pages, follow-up templates, a basic proposal builder, and customer records. Pro costs $79 per month and adds line-item proposals, typed e-signature contracts, Stripe deposit collection, BEO PDF export, tagged CRM records, and a mobile event-day BEO view. Growth costs $149 per month and adds SEO and seasonal campaign pages, advanced follow-up automations, a LeaguePour connection, reporting, revenue tracking, and multi-room support. Multi-Location includes multiple locations, advanced permissions, consolidated reporting, dedicated onboarding, and priority support, with custom pricing.
Its strongest scope is the connection between inquiry capture, sales administration, payment collection, and event-day documentation. Typed e-signature contracts, Stripe deposits, BEO creation, and mobile BEO access give Pro a clearer operational path after a lead becomes a booked event. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem and venue-operations scope: the listed integrations are Stripe and LeaguePour, while staffing, floor plans, and verified space booking are not part of the offering. Choose VenueSprocket if a small venue needs an affordable starting point for private-event sales and coordination. Larger or more operationally complex venues should consider a broader system.
