VenueDesk Cloud is cloud software for banquet halls, wedding venues, event spaces, community halls, and growing multi-venue operators. It brings venue availability, booking calendars, contracts, electronic signatures, payments, customer portals, communications, reports, staff alerts, and event checklists into one workflow. Standard supports core booking and operations for one venue, while Pro adds multi-venue management, advanced reports, exports, branding, and package-sharing tools. Enterprise extends Pro with an API and custom onboarding.
Pricing is structured across four plans. Founding Venue costs $49 per month and includes one venue, unlimited tenant staff, core bookings and calendar tools, contracts, e-signatures, payments, and a customer portal. Standard costs $99 per month and adds the core venue booking and operations workflow, rescheduling, Stripe payments, communications, invoices, receipts, and files. Pro costs $149 per month and adds multiple venues, advanced reports, CSV exports, custom branding, and package images and sharing tools. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, an Enterprise API, optional bookings:write access, custom onboarding, priority-support designation, and negotiated implementation scope.
The product’s strongest fit is a venue team that wants a focused administrative system rather than a broad ecosystem of connected tools. Its calendar covers day, week, and month views, with blackout-aware availability and booking-specific checklists for event preparation. Secure portals give customers access to financial and document records, while reminders and alerts support communication with customers and staff. Stripe is the listed integration, so teams needing wider integration coverage should evaluate that constraint carefully. Venues should choose VenueDesk Cloud for centralized booking administration and operational follow-through; teams needing a broader integration footprint or highly specialized workflows may prefer an alternative.
