VenueBill is booking and billing software for wedding and event venue owners, including barns, estates, ballrooms, vineyards, gardens, and hotels. It organizes the booking lifecycle from inquiry and date hold through confirmation and completion, while keeping deposits, payment schedules, invoices, contracts, quotes, packages, reminders, and balances in one system. The couple portal supports online Stripe payments, and electronic signatures attach signed contracts to bookings. Its focus makes it a fit for small venues that need structured sales administration rather than a broad event-operations suite.
The Pro plan costs $39 per month and includes event bookings, invoicing, deposits, payment schedules, a couple portal, online payments, e-sign contracts, automated email reminders, a quote and package builder, and a booking calendar with date holds. The 14-day free trial requires a card. Premium costs $59 per month and adds multi-space and multi-day events, seasonal and peak-date pricing, advanced reporting and automations, team seats, and API access. That gives growing venues a clear path from core booking administration to more complex scheduling and reporting needs.
VenueBill’s strongest functional depth is its connection between venue availability and payment administration. The calendar prevents double-booking by date and space, while payment schedules can be anchored to the event date and non-refundable deposits tracked against each event. Quote-to-contract conversion and reminders for payments, final headcount, and event countdowns extend that workflow. The tradeoff is breadth: the product runs on the web, lists Stripe as its integration, and does not cover staffing or event-day tools. Choose it for bookings and billing; consider an alternative if broader venue operations or a larger integration ecosystem is central to the purchase.
