Vendoo review
A marketplace-focused tool for crosslisting, delisting, and organizing resale inventory.

Vendoo is a multichannel listing and inventory-management platform for online resellers. It supports creating, importing, editing, and crosslisting products across eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Vestiaire Collective, and Whatnot. Inventory organization, custom labels, listing templates, profit tracking, analytics, and mobile management make it suited to sellers coordinating listings across several marketplaces rather than businesses running a traditional warehouse operation.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan is available forever and is limited to five new items per month. Starter costs $14.99 per month with monthly billing or $12.49 per month with annual billing, adding unlimited items, all marketplaces, sale detection and auto-delisting, importing, templates, and delist-and-relist tools. Growth costs $29.99 monthly or $24.99 with annual billing and adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions, and PhotoRoom background removals. Pro costs $59.99 monthly or $49.99 with annual billing and adds offers, marketplace sharing, and listing videos; the annual plan also includes premium support and live call support. Enterprise is customized for companies creating over 1,000 new monthly listings. A 14-day free trial is also available.
Its main strength is marketplace workflow coverage: sale detection, automatic delisting, bulk relisting, spreadsheets, analytics, and templates address the coordination work of online resale. Web, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension access broaden where sellers can manage listings, while AI features are available on paid plans. Vendoo is less suitable for inventory teams that need purchase orders, sales orders, barcode scanning, SKU controls, or stock alerts. Choose it for marketplace-focused listing operations and crosschannel organization; consider another inventory system for warehouse control and traditional stock management.
