Vendly is a cloud, web-based point-of-sale and business management platform for Nigerian pharmacies, restaurants and retail stores. Its strongest fit is a small pharmacy that needs checkout, inventory control and pharmacy records in one system. Sales can record cash, transfer and card payments, calculate change, and produce receipts for printing or WhatsApp sharing. Staff access can be scoped by location, while a multi-location dashboard brings activity together. An offline sales queue keeps transactions locally until connectivity returns and then syncs them.

The published base plan costs NGN 15,000 per month and covers one location and four staff accounts. Additional locations include three more staff accounts, while extra staff slots are available beyond the base allowance. WhatsApp messages are also sold separately for campaigns, receipts and reminders. There is no listed free plan. For pharmacy operations, the product records NAFDAC numbers, batches and expiry dates, blocks expired stock, and logs prescriptions. Automatic stock deductions, reorder-point alerts, dead-stock reporting and pharmacy compliance reports extend the system beyond basic checkout.

Vendly connects with WhatsApp and Paystack, supporting customer segmentation, campaigns and delivery or read receipts alongside payment workflows. Reporting includes daily revenue and staff performance, and location controls suit businesses operating more than one site. Support is offered by email, and GDPR is listed as a compliance standard. The product is a practical choice for small Nigerian pharmacies that value expiry oversight and offline continuity. Businesses needing a broader integration ecosystem, native mobile apps today, or a no-cost plan should compare alternatives before committing.
