Veloci is an AI-powered ordering and delivery management platform for independent and growing delivery restaurants. It brings phone, web, SMS, and WhatsApp orders into one dashboard, while also covering menu management, kitchen display tools, delivery operations, analytics, POS functionality, and staff tasks. Its feature set is suited to restaurants adding direct ordering channels while coordinating drivers and kitchen activity in the same system.

The three monthly plans separate basic order management from advanced delivery and AI capabilities. Growth costs €99.95 per month and includes web and SMS ordering, menu management, a kitchen display system, basic analytics, and email support. Pro costs €199.95 per month and adds WhatsApp ordering, delivery management, live map tracking, driver management, and AI phone ordering. Enterprise costs €299.95 per month and adds unlimited scale, delivery automation, API access, AI analytics and insights, and a dedicated account manager. A 5-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Veloci’s main strength is breadth across ordering, dispatch, kitchen workflows, and driver visibility. Automatic multi-drop route optimization, real-time ETA recalculation, GPS tracking, driver notifications, and performance metrics support delivery operations, while integrations with POS systems, payment processors, printer systems, Mapbox, and Google Maps help connect the wider workflow. Restaurants seeking one platform for multi-channel ordering and delivery coordination should consider it. Those needing only basic online ordering may find the higher tiers and broader operational scope unnecessary.
