A device-focused signage platform for managing large screen networks.

Vantano is a cloud digital signage platform for organizations managing screens across retail locations, healthcare facilities, hospitality sites, offices, transport environments, and institutions. It runs in a standard browser, while playback uses Raspberry Pi players or Android tablets connected to displays. The platform supports image and video uploads, presentation creation with slide durations and transitions, content reuse, and assignment to individual screens or device groups. Its feature set is aimed at teams that need to coordinate multiple displays rather than create a broad range of interactive content.
Device operations are Vantano’s clearest strength. Users can group devices, publish to groups, schedule screen operating hours, distribute content automatically, monitor device health, and review playback and performance reports. Multi-screen video-wall support and media format conversion extend its usefulness for larger installations. The platform is available through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and self-hosted deployments, giving organizations several ways to manage playback and administration. These capabilities make it a practical fit for distributed screen networks where scheduling, monitoring, and centralized publishing matter as much as presentation design.
Pricing is based on device capacity, with the whole platform included and no feature tiers. The monthly plans are €90 for up to 9 devices, €159 for up to 20, €299 for up to 50, €399 for up to 100, and €499 for up to 200 devices. Larger deployments use a custom quote. A 30-day trial is available, followed by a paid subscription. Vantano should suit organizations prioritizing device coordination, reporting, and operational control across many screens. Teams needing wider content support than images and video, or a free ongoing plan, should consider alternatives with those priorities.
