UVION is tanning salon software for businesses managing sunbeds, customers and front-desk operations. Its web dashboard and customer app bring together bed control, payments, memberships, session balances and reporting. The feature mix is aimed at salons that want T-MAX-compatible bed management alongside everyday sales and customer-account tools, rather than a narrow booking utility.
The standout is its operational breadth: staff can handle cash, card and split payments, manage walk-in queues and bed availability, track tanning courses and minute balances, and sell lotions or gift cards. Customer records include activity history and internal notes or flags, while promotions, discounts and loyalty points cover retention tasks. Customers can use the app for online checkout, account history and minute transfers. UVION lists T-MAX as its integration, making that fit especially relevant for salons already using compatible control equipment. Reporting spans daily, work-period, monthly and year-end views.
Pricing is presented as fixed-duration activation packages rather than recurring subscriptions. The Weekly package is £30 per 7 days, Monthly is £89 per 30 days, Quarterly is £240 per 90 days, Bi-Annually is £450 per 182 days, and Annually is £840 per 365 days; each includes an activation package and 200 promotion credits. Additional Basic, Medi and Max promotion credits cost £1, £4 and £6 respectively. The vendor says packages can be canceled at any time without refund, so the no-refund condition matters when choosing a duration. A 3-day free trial is offered.
