USFax is a cloud-based online fax service for US businesses, including healthcare providers, law firms, agencies, and small offices. It supports sending through a web dashboard, email clients such as Gmail and Outlook, or mobile apps for iOS and Android. Users can receive faxes as PDFs by email or dashboard, use dedicated local or toll-free US numbers, request delivery confirmations, review fax history, and add electronic signatures before faxing. International faxing is available to more than 100 countries.
Pricing covers both occasional use and recurring fax workflows. Pay Per Fax costs $2.99 per fax, has no monthly subscription, and includes delivery confirmation. Solo costs $19 per month or $15 per month with annual billing, with one dedicated US fax number, web or email faxing, free number porting, and no overage charges. Practice costs $29 monthly or $24 with annual billing and adds up to three users and unlimited fax history. Multi-site costs $59 monthly or $49 with annual billing and includes three dedicated US fax numbers, unlimited pages, an admin panel, an audit trail, and API access. Solo and Practice include seven-day trials; Multi-site includes a 14-day trial.
The service fits a small practice or office that needs a dedicated number, inbound and outbound faxing, and access across web, email, and mobile. Team accounts, shared numbers, permissions, signatures, and the Multi-site admin tools extend its usefulness for larger workflows. The main qualification for healthcare buyers is its compliance posture: USFax describes its HIPAA BAA as coming soon, and accounts are not covered until the BAA is signed. Organizations needing HIPAA coverage immediately should choose a service with an active signed agreement instead. Occasional fax users may prefer the pay-per-fax option, while regular senders can compare the page allowances and team features across subscription tiers.
