Uredan review
A focused rolling planner with strong capture tools, but web-only access and costly paid plans.

Uredan is a browser-based personal task planner for solo users who organize work around realistic daily plans rather than a fixed task list. Its structure centers on rolling day columns, weekly backlogs, and a Braindump for unscheduled tasks. Users can capture tasks, assign dates and estimates, reorder work, and roll unfinished items forward. Lists, labels, saved views, search, filters, checklists, recurring tasks, and manual timeline planning support more detailed organization without changing the product’s day-first focus.
Uredan is currently in alpha and offers free access without a time limit until subscriptions launch, with no payment method required. The published subscription options are Weekly at €9.99 per week and Annual at €407.49 per year, both offering the full planner and Braindump plus desktop and mobile access and cancellation before renewal. Payment is not yet available, so these plans describe the planned subscription structure rather than an active checkout. For planning around external schedules, Uredan provides a read-only Google Calendar connection and timezone-aware reminders with optional browser notifications.
The product’s strongest fit is someone who wants a focused planning workflow with quick capture, recurring tasks, private attachments, task imports, and offline-first task capture. Its scope is narrower for people who need native applications, since the listed platform is web, or who need to edit calendar events from inside the task planner. Users seeking a personal system built around rolling weekly backlogs should find the feature set well aligned; users who require broader platform coverage, two-way calendar management, or immediately available paid billing should consider a different task app.
