UpKiosk is a self-ordering solution for restaurants, snack bars, bakeries and other hospitality venues. It combines touchscreen kiosk ordering with card, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, receipt printing and direct POS integration. Customers can browse menus, configure modifiers, receive upselling suggestions and pay at the kiosk. The product is suited to quick-service, casual-dining and multi-location operators using supported systems such as Lightspeed Restaurant, MplusKassa, Shopcaisse, Vectron or Square, particularly restaurants that need fiscal integrations such as Belgian GKS.

Pricing is structured around three monthly plans per location. UpKiosk costs USD 165 and includes the touchscreen kiosk, payment terminal, receipt printer, software, updates, English-speaking support and a 5-year full warranty. The Kiosk license costs USD 99 for restaurants supplying their own kiosk hardware, while retaining direct POS integration, smart upselling, updates and English-speaking support. Online + QR ordering costs USD 110 and includes an ordering site on the operator’s domain, QR table ordering, direct POS integration and local payment methods. There is no free plan.

The product’s strongest area is operational coordination across menus, payments and locations. Menu, price and stock changes can synchronize with the POS, while central menu management allows location-specific overrides. Analytics are available per kiosk and across multiple locations, and upselling can be configured by product group, item and post-checkout. Allergen labeling adds a useful menu-management capability. Restaurants should choose UpKiosk when supported POS connectivity, kiosk hardware options or fiscal integration are priorities. Operators outside its listed POS ecosystem, or those seeking a broader platform beyond restaurant ordering, should consider alternatives with the integrations and scope they require.
