Upflow is a web-based accounts receivable platform for B2B finance teams. It brings receivables analytics, collection workflows, customer communications, payment portals, online payments, and cash application into a shared workspace. Teams can track invoices, payments, aging balances, DSO, collection rates, cash forecasts, and customer interactions. The customer portal supports invoice access, disputes, promises to pay, statements, autopay, and payments by card, ACH, SEPA, BACS, or wire transfer. Integrations include NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, and the Upflow API.

The Discover plan is free and includes an AR dashboard, insights, and AR health and cash-flow metrics. Starter is a paid, quote-based tier for up to $10M in annual invoiced revenue and 40,000 new invoices per year, adding unlimited user seats, omnichannel reminders, and advanced collection analytics. Grow supports up to $25M in annual invoiced revenue and 100,000 new invoices per year, with branded customer portals, Slack integration, and the Upflow REST API. Scale raises the allowances to $50M and 200,000 invoices, adding Smart Rules, Collections Agent, and AP Portal Agent. Accelerate supports $100M and 300,000 invoices, with Cash Application Agent, Salesforce two-way integration, and enterprise SSO. Entreprise covers over $100M, up to 700,000 invoices, multiple AI agents, and unlimited entities in one dashboard.

Upflow suits teams that want AR reporting and collection operations in one platform, especially when a free starting tier matters. The main purchasing constraint is quote-based pricing for paid plans, which makes direct budget comparison less immediate. Capacity also depends on annual invoiced revenue and new-invoice allowances, so larger organizations need to match their volume to the appropriate tier. Some capabilities, including Smart Rules, AI agents, Salesforce two-way integration, and unlimited entities, are reserved for higher plans. Teams needing a simpler tool, transparent paid pricing, or a narrower workflow may prefer an alternative.
