UnPay Loan Management System is a lending-servicing platform for NBFCs, fintech lenders, microfinance providers, housing-finance companies, vehicle and equipment financiers, embedded lenders and asset-reconstruction businesses. It generates repayment schedules at disbursement, supports flat and reducing-balance instalments, and applies payments in a fixed order across penalty, interest and principal. The platform is available through web and API access, with borrower-portal support and servicing workflows covering collections, delinquency, NPA classification, restructuring, settlements, waivers, foreclosure and write-offs.
Pricing is organized around development, production and enterprise use. The Build plan is a permanent sandbox with all 15 products, 480 API endpoints, realistic bank and NPCI simulators, test webhooks and dashboards, plus community support. Scale adds production access, volume-tiered per-transaction pricing, role-based access, maker-checker controls, smart routing and retries, email and chat support, and a 99.9% SLA. Enterprise adds dedicated infrastructure, custom and co-branded rails, a dedicated solutions architect, a 99.99% uptime SLA with credits, on-premises or VPC deployment options, and 24/7 named support. Production rates are shared during onboarding rather than presented as a fixed starting price.
The strongest fit is a lender that needs core servicing breadth without committing first to a large fixed software fee. Collection integrations include NACH, eMandate, PDC and standing instructions, while APIs and webhooks support connections to surrounding lending systems. The free Build environment supports evaluation and development, but production users need Scale or Enterprise access. Lenders should also weigh the platform's 2024 founding year when assessing operating history and platform maturity. UnPay suits teams prioritizing repayment, collections and loan-workflow coverage; organizations seeking a longer-established provider may prefer an alternative.
