Unisoft review
A practical cloud POS and operations platform for smaller retail teams.

Unisoft is a cloud-based business management and point-of-sale platform for retail businesses and HoReCa operators. It provides browser-based administration for sales reports, financial transaction tracking, inventory and stock planning, supplier management, purchase orders, staff access rights, loyalty programs, customer history, and outlet-chain operations. Production and ingredient inventory add support for businesses that manage prepared products. A cashier application is available for Windows, iOS, and Android, while the main business account is browser-based. The platform is offered as a paid product with a 14-day free trial and pricing per outlet per month.
Its strongest fit is a small retailer that wants several day-to-day functions in one system without adopting a wider ERP suite. Inventory, purchasing, vendor management, production ingredients, and financial transactions connect the operational side of the business with reporting and sales activity. Integrations include Electronic Fiscal Devices, ERP and accounting software, and 1C. Fiscal-device data exchange is particularly relevant for businesses that need their sales environment to communicate with supported fiscal equipment. The combination of web administration and mobile or Windows cashier applications also suits teams working across outlets or devices.
Unisoft becomes less suitable when an organization needs extensive ERP breadth or more developed multi-entity capabilities. The product is presented primarily around retail and HoReCa operations, POS, inventory, and related business management rather than as a comprehensive platform for every enterprise function. Buyers should choose it when straightforward retail operations, purchasing, stock planning, staff management, loyalty, and fiscal-device exchange are the priorities. Organizations seeking a broader ERP scope should compare alternatives with deeper multi-entity support and wider enterprise functionality.
