uContact is net2phone’s web-based cloud contact center platform for sales, support, and customer service teams. It combines inbound, outbound, and blended voice campaigns with automatic call distribution, interactive voice response, auto dialers, call recording, monitoring, analytics, and reporting. Teams that need voice operations alongside digital customer conversations can also use a unified inbox for email, web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

Pricing is organized into two paid monthly plans. Voice costs $59.99 per user per month and includes inbound and outbound voice campaigns, automatic call distribution, auto dialers, IVR, agent and supervisor roles, analytics, and reporting. Omni costs $84.99 per user per month and adds an omnichannel unified inbox and workforce management. The official US pricing structure uses a 36-month term agreement, so buyers should evaluate that commitment alongside the per-user monthly price. There is no free plan.

uContact’s broader scope suits teams that need both contact-center controls and workforce operations, including forecasting, scheduling, agent assignment, and performance tracking. Its integration list covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Jira, Slack, Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, and Odoo. That gives teams several routes into existing customer-service, collaboration, calendar, and CRM workflows. Choose uContact when blended calling, digital channels, dialer options, and workforce management belong in one platform. Teams seeking a free starting tier, a shorter pricing commitment, or a narrower voice-only tool should compare alternatives.
