UAE4ALL2 HD Vita review
A feature-rich Vita emulator with WHDLoad launching and broad Amiga media support.

UAE4ALL2 HD Vita is an open-source Amiga emulator build for PlayStation Vita. It covers Amiga OCS, ECS and AGA chipsets, with 68000 and 68020 CPU modes and configurable machine presets for systems including the A1000, A500, A600, A1200, A2000, A4000, CD32 and CDTV. It is aimed at Vita owners who want portable access to a broad Amiga library across floppy, hard-disk and CD32 media.
Its standout feature is the WHDLoad workflow. Users can install a WHDLoad library and launch supported games with one click, while HDF creation and management help organize hard-disk-based content. The emulator also supports ADF, ADZ, DMS, IPF, ZIP, LHA, LZH, HDF, ISO, BIN, CUE and CHD images. Savestates include thumbnails and multiple slots, and the virtual keyboard, touch controls and analog mouse cover common input needs on the Vita. FTP transfer over the Vita network provides another way to move files to the device.
The main trade-off is platform scope: this build is for PlayStation Vita, so it suits a dedicated portable setup rather than users seeking a desktop or multi-platform emulator. Kickstart ROMs and commercial game images are supplied separately, and users must provide legally obtained copies. Choose UAE4ALL2 HD Vita if Vita hardware, WHDLoad launching, broad media support and portable controls are priorities. Choose another option if you need support beyond PlayStation Vita or an all-in-one package with system ROMs and commercial content included.
