A feature-rich paid tracker for Apple-focused projects, billing, and automation.

Tyme is a time-tracking application for freelancers, self-employed users, teams, agencies, and companies. It records time against projects and tasks, supports billable and non-billable entries, and adds budgets, planned hours, hourly rates, statistics, and workload views. Apple users get apps for Mac, iPhone, and iPad, while a browser-based beta provides web access. Offline tracking, team synchronization, and data exports make it suitable for people who need more than a basic timer.
Pricing is subscription-based, with no free plan. The Annual plan costs €59.99 per user per year, equivalent to a starting price of €4.99 per user per month when billed annually. The Monthly plan costs €6.99 per user per month. Both plans provide full access across devices, data synchronization, and the option to cancel at any time. A 14-day free trial is available. Integration coverage includes accounting tools such as Lexware Office, sevdesk, FreshBooks, and Harvest, alongside Zapier, n8n, Raycast, Hookmark, and workflow options including API access, AppleScript, Shortcuts, and plugins.
Automation is Tyme’s clearest point of distinction. Geofencing-based tracking, timer and break reminders, deadline prompts, calendar synchronization, imports, and unbooked-time reminders can reduce manual time entry. Project budgets, hourly rates, and billable classifications also support client reporting and internal planning, with PDF, CSV, and JSON exports for downstream use. Tyme is a strong fit for Apple-focused freelancers and teams that want detailed project tracking with automation. Organizations seeking a free tier, broader platform coverage, or a non-beta browser experience should consider alternatives.
