Tweek review
A practical calendar and task planner with sharing, reminders, and broad platform coverage.

Tweek combines a calendar with a weekly task planner for individuals, families, and teams. Week, month, and day views organize tasks and events, while multiple calendars, color tags, search, notes, attachments, images, subtasks, and automatic rollover support day-to-day planning. Shared calendars can be distributed through email invitations or read-only links, and calendars can also be published to the web. Its focus is practical task-and-calendar coordination rather than meeting scheduling.
The freemium structure gives users a free plan, while paid options add Premium features. Individual Premium costs $5.99 USD per person per month, and Individual Premium Annual costs $49.99 USD per person per year; the annual individual plan includes a 14-day trial for new subscribers. The Family plan costs $9.99 USD per month for Premium for up to 4 people, while Family Annual costs $89.99 USD per year for the same allowance. These plans make Tweek suitable for personal planning and small household use, with the free plan providing a lower-commitment starting point.
Platform coverage is a strong part of Tweek's fit. It is available on the web, iOS, Android, and macOS, with two-way synchronization for supported external calendars including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar. Apple Reminders, Linear, ICS calendar subscriptions, a REST API, and an MCP server extend its ecosystem. ICS subscriptions are one-way, while the product does not provide scheduling links, a dedicated time-blocking workflow, or video-meeting support. Choose Tweek for shared planning and task management across calendars; choose an alternative if booking links, time blocking, or integrated video meetings are central requirements.
