TURBO-Lease is lessor accounting and lease servicing software from Better Programs, Inc., founded in 1985. It is designed for equipment leasing and finance companies managing equipment and vehicle portfolios under ASC 842. The product covers sales-type, direct financing and operating leases, while also bringing billing, payment processing, collections, portfolio reporting and depreciation reporting into the same system. Its self-hosted deployment suits organizations that want software installed within their own environment rather than a cloud-only service.

Pricing is structured around lease capacity. The published plans include 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 Lease Capacity options, each with the base system. The category listing gives a starting price of 1,350, and additional plans cover annual support for 50-99 or 100-149 lease capacities. The central value is breadth within lessor operations: more than 80 standard reports can be exported to PDF and Excel, while trial-balance reporting covers lease receivables, income, direct costs, deposits and fees. Book and tax depreciation reporting adds a further accounting-oriented layer.

TURBO-Lease also extends beyond core accounting through recurring online billing and payment processing with OmniFund, ACH, EFT and PAP payment-file processing, collections reporting, contact management and multi-asset equipment tracking with gain/loss reporting. Optional modules add emailed billing, asset tracking, notes payable and simple-interest loan servicing, while PDF-eXPLODE is listed as an integration. Choose TURBO-Lease when equipment lessor accounting, servicing and reporting are the priority. Organizations needing a broader lease-accounting scope beyond ASC 842 lessor workflows or equipment portfolios should compare alternatives.
