Tula is web-based business software for yoga studios and other class-based fitness businesses. It is designed for independent studios managing recurring classes, workshops, events, instructors, memberships, registrations, and attendance. Students can view schedules, register, purchase passes, and manage accounts through embedded website tools or Tula’s mobile-friendly student app site. Its scope also covers in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, making it a fit for studios that combine physical classes with online programming.
Pricing is straightforward but places Tula above lower-cost scheduling tools. Base Plus costs $129 per month and includes unlimited instructors, unlimited students, member management, payments and registrations, workshops and events, and website widgets. Premium Plus costs $199 per month and adds gift certificates to the listed plan highlights. Premier Plus costs $299 per month and lists the same core capabilities and gift certificates. Tula offers a 14-day free trial, but there is no free plan. The product’s scheduling depth is a clear strength: studios can create repeating class series and custom schedules, assign instructors, set capacity limits, control registration, manage email-notified waitlists, and track attendance and check-in.
Tula also fits studios that want registration and customer-facing tools embedded into an existing website. Website widgets, custom domains, electronic waivers, memberships, passes, credits, recurring billing, livestream links, and on-demand recordings extend the system beyond a basic calendar. However, its platform is web-based, and its integration list includes Stripe. The official student experience is browser-based rather than native iOS, according to the product’s current positioning. Studios that need hybrid scheduling, memberships, and event registration in one system should consider Tula; those prioritizing a native mobile app ecosystem, broader integrations, or a lower starting price should look for a different fit.
