TTGames Explorer Rebirth is an open-source utility for exploring and extracting data from TTGames LEGO video games. It is aimed at game modders, localization researchers, and others working with TTGames file formats. The tool can browse proprietary archives, extract selected or all supported files, display colored text with copy and paste, and export selected assets. It is distributed through a public GitHub repository under the MIT License.

Its strongest feature is the range of asset inspection options in one focused tool. Texture previews can be exported as PNG, DDS, or related formats, while 3D models can be previewed using OpenGL. Supported audio files can be played, with some convertible to WAV. The software also extracts compiled shaders for disassembled-data inspection and exposes font and texture-set mappings. Supported formats include .dat, .fpk, .pac, .pak, .nxg_textures, and .pc_shaders, along with .ghg and .gsc model files and several texture formats.

The breadth is useful within the TTGames ecosystem, but the scope is deliberately narrow. Compression and encryption support includes LZ2K, Deflate, and RC4, making the utility relevant to projects that depend on those methods. Batch extraction is supported, while the published feature set centers on reading, previewing, converting, and exporting assets rather than creating new archives. Choose TTGames Explorer Rebirth for a format-focused workflow covering archives, textures, models, audio, fonts, text, and shaders. Choose another tool if your work requires broader game-engine coverage or archive repacking.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Focused on TTGames formats rather than broad game support
    • Audio conversion is limited to supported files
    • Designed for extraction and inspection, not archive repacking
