Trustist gives businesses a dashboard for gathering, managing and displaying reviews from multiple sites. Its brand- and location-level views, branded collection links and QR codes make it relevant to small businesses as well as franchises and multi-location organizations. Website widgets show review content and ratings, while response tools cover Trustist and Google reviews. Small businesses focused on collecting and displaying reviews are the clearest fit; teams that need broader review-response capabilities must look beyond Starter.

The published plans show three tiers, with monthly amounts linked to contract length. Starter costs £39 per month on a 1-year contract, £37 on a 3-year contract or £35 on a 5-year contract, and covers Trustist review collection and base widgets. Pro is £159, £152.50 or £143 per month across those same contract terms; it adds review aggregation, responses to Trustist and Google Reviews, social autoposting and Google reporting. Premium is £199 per month on a 1-year contract or £189 on a 3-year contract, adding API access, bespoke software development and bespoke QR codes. These are long commitments, so the lower monthly rate comes with a longer contract.

The product’s practical draw is the path from collection to display: businesses can invite reviews with branded links or QR codes, use custom response templates and email alerts, then show reviews on their sites or automatically post 4–5-star reviews to social media. Google Business Profile, Google Reviews, Facebook, X and Google Posts are among its listed integrations. That combination suits businesses wanting review collection and visible social proof alongside location management. Choose another tool if your priority is avoiding long-term contracts or if you need review-response tools in the entry tier; Pro is where Trustist’s Google response and aggregation capabilities begin.
