TrulySmall Accounting is cloud-based bookkeeping software for small businesses, freelancers and self-employed people. It focuses on routine financial administration: importing bank transactions, categorizing and posting them, reconciling accounts, and handling invoices, estimates, bills and receipts. Solo operators who want bookkeeping automation in a browser will find its scope relevant; businesses that need inventory tracking should look elsewhere.

Transaction handling is the product's central strength. It imports from connected bank accounts and bank transaction files, applies configurable rules to categorize and post transactions, and automatically reconciles bank activity. Users can review transactions, scan uploaded receipts and match them to transactions. Invoices and estimates, bill management, recurring transactions, tax tracking and a Goods & Services catalog extend the workflow beyond bank bookkeeping. Financial reports include profit and loss and balance sheet. Plaid and Stripe are listed integrations, and multiple user roles include a Business Owner role for bookkeeper-managed businesses.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the Monthly plan costs $45 USD per month and the Annual plan costs $486 USD per year; both list the same core accounting features. A 14-day free trial is available, and no card is required to start it. The browser app works on desktops and mobile devices, but the listed platform is web, rather than a separate mobile app. Chat, phone, email and community support channels are available. This is a focused option for solo and small businesses prioritizing automated bookkeeping and basic sales and expense workflows. Its paid-only entry and lack of inventory make it a less suitable fit for buyers seeking a free starting tier or broader stock management.
