TriviumTMS is a web-based transportation management system for auto transport and freight brokers. It brings lead distribution, multi-vehicle quoting, orders, dispatch, carrier matching, compliance checks, document generation, tracking, billing, and customer and carrier portals into one brokerage workflow. Its carrier tools cover FMCSA verification, insurance or COI monitoring, onboarding documents, e-signatures, scorecards, and performance reporting. The product is particularly suited to small brokerages that need more than dispatch and billing but do not want separate systems for core carrier operations.

Pricing is organized by brokerage rather than by seat or load. Starter costs $99 per brokerage per month and includes the core TMS, Central Dispatch load posting, rate confirmations, bills of lading, invoices with e-signature, and bring-your-own integrations. Growth costs $249 per brokerage per month and adds unlimited instant Super Dispatch pricing, shipper and carrier self-service portals, and role-based integration access. Pro costs $399 per brokerage per month and adds unlimited seats, multi-team support, priority support, API access, and dedicated onboarding. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The product’s strongest fit is its breadth across the carrier lifecycle: matching can use lanes, equipment, ratings, and availability, while GPS tracking, public tracking pages, billing, payments, aging reports, and revenue analytics extend beyond initial dispatch. Integrations include FMCSA, Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, TruckStop, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, RingCentral, CarrierView, and Google Maps. Brokerages that need API access, unlimited seats, or dedicated onboarding must choose Pro. Teams seeking a narrow dispatch tool, a free option, or a non-web deployment should consider alternatives instead.
