Our verdict on TripMaster

TripMaster is transportation management software from CTS Software for public and private transit providers, including NEMT and paratransit agencies. Its reservations, scheduling, dispatch, routing, vehicle tracking, driver tools and billing functions are aimed at operators coordinating passenger trips, especially providers handling brokered rides and insurer payments. It is available through cloud and mobile deployment, with web, iOS and Android platforms.

Broker connectivity is a defining part of its fit: listed integrations include ModivCare (formerly LogistiCare), Alivi, OneCall, MTM, Access2Care, Veyo and Southeastrans. Within the same system, teams can manage ride reservations, automate scheduling and dispatch, optimize routes dynamically, and view vehicle locations through real-time GPS tracking and mapping. Driver mobile applications support field operations, while integrated voice response and rider-facing services extend beyond the dispatch desk.
