TREX Grow is a web-based business operations platform for small and medium-sized enterprises that need connected sales, purchasing, inventory and payment workflows. Its purchase-order tools cover supplier, product, quantity, pricing, tax, discount, delivery and payment-term details. Teams can assign Request, Approve or None responsibilities, move orders through Pending Approval, Finalised, Completed and Archived statuses, and generate draft or official purchase-order PDFs. The platform also connects purchase orders with stock entries, supplier invoices, payment history and quantity-based returns.
Pricing is structured around annual plans. The Free plan includes unlimited users and products, plus products, customers, quotations, invoices, RFQ and appointments, along with Malaysia e-Invoice submission. Starter costs $40 per year and adds complete sales documents, attachments, multi-currency and Accounting Beta. Essential costs $100 per year and adds purchasing, stock entries, supplier invoices and returns; this is the first plan with the documented purchasing workflows. Premium costs $125 per year and adds warehouse locations, ledger, picking and WMS controls. A 30-day free trial is also available.
TREX Grow fits small businesses that want purchase-order approval and supplier records within a broader operations system, especially when annual pricing and unlimited users on the free plan are useful. Notifications, approval timestamps and linked receiving records provide practical workflow visibility. However, it is web-only, and its purchasing focus does not extend to verified three-way matching or verified accounting integrations. Businesses needing those controls, or broader invoice-approval capabilities beyond purchase-order-linked workflows, should choose a platform built specifically around deeper accounts-payable automation.
