Trensli review
A managed system for restaurant training, procedures, operational questions, and change control.

Trensli is a restaurant operations platform for growing multi-location restaurant groups. It brings approved procedures, recipes, policies, role guidance, training paths, location-specific information, and operational changes into one system. Employees can follow role-based and day-by-day onboarding paths, search the operating library, and ask questions through an AI assistant grounded in approved restaurant content. Managers can monitor training completion, flag outdated information, and oversee changes.
The pricing is structured around a managed rollout and an ongoing subscription. Managed Launch costs USD 5,000 one time and covers initial capture, clarification, buildout, configuration, and rollout of the restaurant operating system. Ongoing Trensli costs USD 149 per location per month and includes platform access, a Dedicated Operations Partner, ongoing updates, and system maintenance. The plan has no per-employee fees. The current homepage lists a two-location minimum, making the model more relevant to groups than to single-location operators.
Trensli’s strongest distinction is its managed approach to keeping restaurant knowledge current. The Operations Inbox gives teams a place to raise questions, conflicts, and outdated information, while the Managed Change Desk supports approval and change tracking. Location-specific content and approved variations help groups maintain shared standards without forcing every site into identical procedures. Access is available on web, iOS, and Android. Operators seeking a managed knowledge system with ongoing operational support should consider Trensli; teams wanting a free plan, a lower-commitment starting point, or a simple standalone training library may prefer a different approach.
