Treezi review
A tree-centric field system with scheduling, invoicing and QuickBooks support.

Treezi is cloud-based software for tree care businesses that organize work around individual trees. It combines tree inventory, field estimates, proposals, scheduling, crew-lead assignment, job-progress tracking, invoicing and client access in one system. Tree-centric estimates can include photos, location and notes, while clients can view trees, estimates, invoices and work history through a portal. Web access and mobile apps for iOS and Android support office and field workflows, making Treezi a fit for small tree care companies that want operational records tied to specific trees.
Pricing is based on users rather than a flat company subscription. The Boost-In plan costs $49.99 USD per user per month and includes unlimited clients, unlimited tree inventory, estimates and proposals, scheduling, invoicing and QuickBooks Desktop sync. Boost-In Annual costs $503.88 USD per user per year and lists the same included capabilities. There is no free plan. The annual option lowers the listed monthly equivalent, while both plans cover the core workflow rather than separating features across multiple paid tiers.
Treezi’s strongest fit is arboriculture-focused work where tree history, inventory and progress tracking matter as much as the overall job. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are listed as integrations, although the FAQ specifies that QuickBooks import works only with desktop versions. The platform also provides automatic cloud synchronization and account access through the web. Teams that need verified routing or equipment management should consider another option, and availability restrictions matter: Treezi is not available in California, Washington or Oregon, with Utah also referenced in the FAQ. Choose Treezi for tree-level estimates and field coordination; avoid it when geographic availability, routing or equipment workflows are essential.
