TrackTrace.Delivery review
A low-cost parcel tracker with Shopify tools, but not a dispatch-management system.

TrackTrace.Delivery is a web-based parcel-tracking and shipment-management service for online shoppers and small e-commerce sellers. It consolidates parcel information from postal and courier services, detects carriers automatically, and provides status updates in a centralized dashboard. Users can sort, favorite, archive, search, and synchronize parcels across devices. For Shopify stores, it adds customer-facing tracking pages, multi-fulfillment tracking, carrier tracking, and parcel-status notifications.
Pricing is structured around active-parcel limits. The Free plan supports 25 active parcels. The 100 parcels plan costs $5 per month and supports 100 active parcels; 500 parcels costs $20 per month for 500 active parcels; 1500 parcels costs $50 per month for 1,500 active parcels; and 5000 parcels costs $100 per month for 5,000 active parcels. The published plans make the product suitable for shoppers and smaller stores that want to begin without a subscription, then move to a higher parcel allowance as tracking volume increases.
Its clearest strength is focused tracking organization rather than operational delivery control. Automatic translation of tracking data, courier detection, real-time updates, parcel search, and cross-device synchronization help bring shipments into one workspace. Shopify integration extends that experience to store customers through tracking pages and multi-fulfillment support. However, TrackTrace.Delivery is not a delivery carrier, driver-dispatch tool, routing system, or last-mile management platform. Choose it for parcel visibility and customer tracking, especially with Shopify; choose another product when dispatch coordination, route planning, or driver management is central to the workflow.
