Our verdict on Tracklume
Tracklume is link management software for publishers, creators, YouTubers, newsletters, and agencies. It centralizes branded /go/ links, destination and offer management, health monitoring, routing rules, click and revenue analytics, and bio or gear-list pages. Its web and API platform is aimed at teams that need more control than basic link shortening, especially when visitors should be directed by country, device, priority, or fallback destination.
Pricing is structured from a free plan through Enterprise. Free includes one project, 25 links, one ready-to-share bio page, real-time click tracking, and 30-day analytics. Starter costs $19 per month and adds three projects, 500 links, a custom bio domain, white-label bio pages, basic geo and device routing, and email support. Growth costs $49 per month with 10 projects, unlimited links and bio pages, broader routing, A/B experiments, email capture, and three team seats. Agency costs $99 per month and adds unlimited projects and workspaces, branded bio pages per client, unlimited custom domains, priority routing, and 15 seats with role-based access. Enterprise adds high-volume links, custom retention, API access, advanced routing, SSO, roles, audit logs, dedicated onboarding, and an SLA.
The standout capability is operational control over destinations. Users can manage offers centrally, apply routing rules, maintain fallback destinations, and receive traffic-at-risk reporting and alerts while reviewing click and revenue analytics. Bulk updates, workspace organization, team roles, and audit-log export support larger publishing operations. Integrations and snippets cover WordPress, Webflow, Next.js, Astro, YouTube, Substack, Shopify, and React. Tracklume should suit publishers who need link health visibility and conditional routing across multiple properties. It is less suitable for a small project that only needs a handful of static links, or for teams that require API access without the Enterprise tier.
