Track-POD is a cloud-based delivery management platform for businesses handling delivery and collection workflows. Its web dashboard supports order importing, driver assignment, route planning, dispatch, delivery monitoring and analytics, while mobile apps for iPhone and Android support navigation, barcode and QR scanning, live synchronization and electronic proof of delivery. It is suited to last-mile operations in food and beverage, retail, wholesale, utilities and parcel delivery, especially when delivery confirmation needs more detail than a simple status update.

Pricing is organized around the Advanced, Advanced Plus and Ultimate tiers, with annual and monthly billing for each. Advanced costs $49 per driver/vehicle per month annually or $59 monthly and includes electronic proof of delivery, live vehicle and delivery tracking, route planning and optimization, and a published web services API. Advanced Plus costs $69 annually or $79 monthly, adding live customer tracking and route optimization with ETA. Ultimate costs $89 annually or $99 monthly and includes live tracking and ETA. Enterprise adds enterprise delivery management, unlimited dashboard web-users and custom integration support. A seven-day trial is available without a payment card.

The platform’s strongest differentiator is the breadth of delivery confirmation and operational visibility in one workflow. Teams can capture signatures and photos, attach geotags and timestamps, scan barcodes or QR codes, send customer notifications, and monitor vehicles and deliveries from a web dashboard. Integrations include Zapier, MYOB, Linnworks, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Xero and Integrately, alongside REST API and webhook access. Track-POD is a strong fit for delivery teams prioritizing accountable handoffs and customer visibility. Organizations seeking a free plan or a narrower, lower-cost dispatch tool may prefer an alternative.
