Touch 'n Go eWallet is a Malaysian mobile wallet from TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. It is designed for people and organizations that need domestic payments alongside international remittances. GOremit supports transfers to more than 50 countries, with delivery to bank accounts, cash-pickup locations or supported local e-wallets. The app also covers DuitNow transfers, QR and online payments, bill payments, mobile prepaid reloads, tolls, parking, transit payments and Visa cards for domestic and overseas spending. It is available on iOS and Android, with cloud and mobile deployment.
The product uses a freemium model with a free plan. The official GOremit page shows a MYR10 starting fee, but that is the lowest example rather than a universal charge. Exchange rates are variable, so the cost and recipient value should be checked for the specific destination and method. Transfer status tracking and transaction receipts support payment follow-up. Timing also depends on the route: cash pickup is documented as within 15 minutes, while bank and e-wallet transfers are documented as within 24 hours. DuitNow transfers are described as instant.
Its strongest fit is the Malaysian payments ecosystem. DuitNow, Visa and Alipay+ support a wallet that can handle everyday spending as well as cross-border transfers, while email, chat, phone, ticket and documentation channels provide several support routes. Two-factor authentication is listed as a security measure, although support is not available 24/7. Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet if Malaysia-centered payments, remittance delivery choice and a wide set of wallet services matter more than a fixed exchange-rate model. Consider an alternative if you need a desktop-first workflow, consistently predictable pricing or guaranteed timing across every transfer route.
