A broad event and catering operations suite for established teams.

Total Party Planner is catering management software for caterers, restaurants, venues, food trucks, nonprofits, universities, and other event-focused food-service teams. It brings event creation, calendar tracking, banquet management, proposals, electronic signatures, menu and recipe costing, order tracking, staffing, documents, client communication, payments, and reporting into one web platform. Its coverage suits established catering operations coordinating many moving parts across events, menus, teams, clients, and financial workflows.
The published plans are Nibble, Feast, and Delicacy. TPP Pay is included across the plans, with one user included in Nibble, two in Feast, and three in Delicacy. Annual subscriptions receive 10% off. TPPorder is available as an add-on, with availability and pricing varying by plan. The product is paid rather than freemium, making it a better fit for businesses ready to adopt a dedicated operating system than for teams seeking a no-cost way to manage occasional events.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth: proposals and contracts connect with costing, ordering, staffing, packing lists, BEOs, invoices, portals, payment links, deposits, partial payments, and payment reporting. The ecosystem includes 12 listed integrations, including QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Google Sync, Nowsta, StaffMate, ChefTec, Outlook, Mailchimp, prismm, Google Maps, iCal, and Microsoft Office. That range should appeal to caterers that already depend on several business tools. Smaller teams needing only calendars, basic proposals, or staff scheduling may find the wider system more than they need and should consider a narrower alternative.
